Working principle of welding machine

Author:

The welding machine is a kind of equipment widely used in industrial production. Its working principle is mainly to use electric current to generate heat, and to realize the connection process by heating the metal parts to the melting point. Welding machines are usually equipped with components such as welding guns, power supplies and control systems. During the welding operation, an electric current is transmitted through the core to the workpiece, generating heat such that the metal piece is heated to a sufficiently high temperature to melt it, and then cooled to solidify to form the welded joint.
The working principle of the welding machine can be divided into different types, common arc welding, gas shielded welding, laser welding and so on. Among them, arc welding is one of the most widely used methods. The welding metal is heated to the melting point by an arc heat source, and then the workpieces are connected together by filler metal or flux. Gas shielded welding is the use of inert gas or active gas to protect the welding area, to prevent oxidation and pollution, to ensure the quality of welding.
In general, the working principle of the welding machine is to realize the connection by heating the metal parts, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, stability and reliability. In all kinds of metal processing fields, welding machines play an important role, providing convenience and support for manufacturing.
